Lack of machine intelligence – Many machines and devices are not inherently intelligent, although they should react to their environment. Without networked sensors, optimization potentials remain untapped and important process data are not recorded.
Complex sensor integration – Conventional sensors provide data but have to be read out in a complicated way and processed manually. This requires additional software and interfaces, which are usually complex and error-prone. A smooth connection between sensor technology and intelligent evaluation is missing.
Increasing maintenance costs – Without intelligent sensors, machines must be checked manually on a regular basis to detect potential problems early on. The Multisensor Cockpit
Our multi-sensor cockpit is a fully integrated platform, the most modern Multisensory combined with powerful data processing. A system consists of a gateway case and five or more sensor nodes with a range of 10 meters.
The sensor nodes are without further interventions in machines or systems and immediately record sensor data.
The multi-sensors
Our multi-sensor technology is based on extremely compact printed circuit boards with a size of only 28.5 mm x 15 mm. On each of these boards are ten integrated MEM sensors. To enable real sensor data fusion, we rely on multi-sensors that deliver a multitude of different measured values from a single position. Intelligent further processing creates not only individual sensor data, but also a comprehensive picture of the respective situation. Our multi-sensor technology collects the data of all ten sensors simultaneously at any time:
The data cockpit
The data infrastructure It forms the foundation of any IoT service by enabling reliable data transmission and storage. Developing such an infrastructure from scratch often involves considerable time and cost and requires expertise in various areas of software development. The data cockpit It combines data processing and integration into a single, user-friendly interface. With the orbit system, you not only get multi-sensors, but also a versatile control center that can be flexibly adapted to your individual requirements – be it for production measurements or other applications.
