Keramikherstellung mit digitaler Prozesssteuerung zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung (CeraDigital)
Ziel ist die Entwicklung innovativer Produkte aus dotierten bzw. mehrphasigen Hochleistungskeramiken für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen in der Medizintechnik, Optik-/Energietechnik und im Werkzeugbereich durch den Einsatz neuartiger Herstellungsverfahren. Mit dem Aufbau eines digitalen Prozessmodells soll eine digitale Prozesssteuerung zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung erreicht werden.
SAMBA — Sensor and audio monitoring for construction activities
The project aims at a novel, data protection compliant and scalable site monitoring. Acoustic sensing to detect trade-specific activities is combined with the multi-sensor system from orbit Sensorfusion, which provides additional environmental and activity data.
The AI-supported evaluation of both technologies in a mobile, self-sufficient solution enables automated documentation of construction activities in real time. This creates new market opportunities in the field of digital construction site services as well as advantages such as faster decisions, fewer errors and greater adherence to deadlines. The results flow directly into the BIM and support optimized construction and logistics planning.
SyMoPro
This project aims to use machine learning and AI-enabled methods for analysing multi-sensor data to specifically improve the quality of powder-based production processes. The multisensor system from the EMuPro project is now to be used for real production environments. Based on the collected data, new approaches for data fusion, exploratory analysis and AI-supported interpretation are developed. This is intended to detect process deviations at an early stage and to increase efficiency. The project combines expertise from sensor technology, manufacturing and data science to create a modular evaluation platform that supports SMEs in the digitization and optimization of their processes.
EMuPro
This project aims to provide a robust multi-sensor system Supports up to 10 sensor nodes for collecting environmental data and process parameters to improve the quality and stability of powder-based production processes. It addresses the hitherto very little detection and analysis of influencing variables in ceramic production and laser deposition welding. The acquisition of sensor data is intended to enable comprehensive process analyses and optimizations. The aim is to increase product quality and use resources more efficiently by better understanding the relationship between environmental conditions and process parameters.
Wood 21 Regio
This BMBF-funded project aims to monitor tree stands in the forest using various sensors and imaging techniques and to detect growth damage. For this purpose, a Comprehensive measuring system with data infrastructure and evaluation developed and tested by artificial intelligence. Through orbit sensor fusion, a sensor concept is developed which is intended to collect multisensory data on the planting environment and microclimate continuously, automatically and autonomously. In the long term, the outcome of this technology promotion will help ensure sustainable forestry even under changing climatic conditions.
RKW Pandamedia
Im Rahmen der Beratungsrichtlinie des Freistaates Thüringen erhält unser Unternehmen eine Förderung für Beratungen und Prozessbegleitungen. Diese unterstützen Strategien zum Aufbau und zur nachhaltigen positiven Entwicklung und Sicherung von KMUs. Die daraus resultierenden Ergebnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen werden in einem Beratungsbericht festgehalten. Die Förderung erfolgt aus Mitteln des Europäischen Sozialfonds Plus und aus Mitteln des Freistaats Thüringen.
