Frida Peyer
I help orbit establish itself. This I achieve by my strengths
as a UX designer and Agile Coach along with my interest in technically complicated issues. In doing so, I Funding projects and structure Corporate and team processes.
Mathias Möser
I help orbit master difficult phases in growth. I achieve this by my empathy and my experiences in technical product development. Zusammen with my interest in I establish sales tasks and community building Production processes and create win-win situations with partners also with regard to the Shortage of skilled workers.“

Unsere Werte
Seit der Gründung arbeitet orbit mit flachen Hierarchien und einem agilen Arbeitsansatz. Durch die langjährige Erfahrung von Jörg und Frida in agilem Kontext und Design Thinking werden interne und externe Prozesse methodisch untermauert. Davon profitieren vor allem die Kundenprojekte. Durch SCRUM gibt es stetigen Austausch und Reflexion, nicht nur über die laufenden Projekte und deren Ergebnisse, sondern auch über die Effektivität und Qualität der Teamarbeit.
Mit regelmäßig durchgeführten Workshops zur Unternehmensentwicklung wird das gesamte Team in die Unternehmensprozesse und auch dessen Entscheidungen einbezogen. Ziel und Grundgedanke ist es das Team selbstverantwortlich arbeiten zu lassen. Controlling findet nur an den Stellen statt wo es nötig ist; z.B. gibt es regelmäßige Quartalsreviews um den entwicklungstechnischen, finanziellen und strategischen Überblick und Fokus zu behalten.
Was uns als Team vor allem verbindet ist die Leidenschaft für das Thema Multisensorik und ein tiefes Verständnis für Nachhaltigkeit.
